The name Ludari comes from the Latin word meaning "to play" or "to engage in the game of life." Life is not meant to be endured. It is meant to be lived fully.

Kevin Richards is the founder of Ludari Life, a philosophy and coaching program designed to help men live with clarity, truth, and courage.
Together with his wife Molly, Kevin has built a life centered on the principles taught in Ludari Life—prioritizing fitness, relationships, purpose, and continuous growth across all seven life areas.
Kevin's approach is direct and practical. No fluff. No excuses. Just honest guidance for men who are ready to take ownership and build a complete life.
